Lairout.com is not responsible for wrong informations uploaded from users through the Website. (viii) suppressing, hiding or manipulating notes about intellectual or industrial property rights and other identification data of Lairout.com or of a third party included in the Website Contents, as well as technical protection devices or any other information mechanism that may be inserted in the Contents; (ix) obtaining and attempting to obtain Contents using means or procedures different to those which, depending on the case at hand, have been placed at their disposal to this effect or have been expressly indicated on the web pages that contain said Contents, or, in general, those which are habitually used on the Internet and do not pose any risk of damage or rendering inoperative the Website and/or its Contents.
2.3 Introduction of links

In order to access and use the restricted access area, Users should register beforehand by filling in the form (Registration Form) that appears in each case on the Website. Lairout.com reserves the right to accept or reject freely a User's request to register. Data entered by Users in the Registration form must be exact, up to date and true at all times, and will be processed by Lairout.com as stipulated in the personal data protection policy. The Registered User may access the restricted access area and use the Contents in the manner stated in these General Condition for use of the Website. Registered Users will be responsible at all times for the integrity of their password, assuming responsibility for any damage that might result from wrongful use, or its transfer, revelation or loss. 7. Non-fulfilment of general conditions
Lairout.com reserves the right to take whatever action it has at its disposal by law to demand responsibilities for non-fulfilment by the User of any of these General Conditions of Use of the Lairout.com Website.

8. Partial annulment
The declaration that any of these general conditions are null and void will not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining conditions, which will still be binding. The renouncement by any party to demand at any given time the fulfilment of any of the general conditions stipulated herein will not imply a general renouncement of the fulfilment of another condition or other conditions, nor will it give the other party any more rights.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The rendering of the Website service and the general conditions described herein are governed by Italian law. 10. LairOut Developer API
By using the LairOut Developer API (“Service”) to receive a content feed (“Content”), or to insert/update data (“Content”), you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Developer API Terms of Service”).
LairOut reserves the right to cancel an account and stop the third party to access the API at any time, without any notice, if we believe that the Terms of Service are not followed.
LairOut reserves the right to update and change the Developer API Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Developer API Terms of Service.
Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. You can review the most current version of the Developer API Terms of Service at any time.

Distribution

  1. The Content may be distributed and displayed only within the website/application submitted with your LairOut Developer API key request. To receive Content for another website/application you must register with a new user and apply for a new API key.
  2. You may not resell to any third party the Content originating from the LairOut Developer API.
  3. Event listings must link back to the appropriate LairOut event detail page.
  4. You will in no way interfere with users linking to the the full event details page on LairOut from the Content.
  5. You will allow search engines to crawl the Content (including links) back to LairOut within your website.
Branding
  1. You agree to maintain a “Powered by LairOut” link back to the LairOut homepage on any page displaying the Content. As a suggestion you may use a visible plain text link ( <a href='http://www.lairout.com'>Powered by LairOut</a> ), or create your own.

Because Pages are public, information you share with a Page is public information. This means, for example, that if you post a comment on a Page, that comment may be used by the Page owner off Lairout.com, and anyone can see it.
